Fast, Free, Excellent.

Now, this plugin makes your life as a developer way easier. The UI is clean, intuitive and easy to use, it doesn’t slow down your site and you keep your custom CSS, PHP and JS snippets in one place, nice and tidy.

The only thing that I would add is a bulk export and import function so ee can transfer our snippets to other websites.

But you can’t ask more from a 100% totally free plugin.
