I thought that I had a browser issue with the sticky menu not showing in one of my browser tests. I reached out to the Premio folks and Karina answered me within minutes. She suspected it was a very sticky cache on my end, but still she looked at every other possible solution. And indeed, the problem was on my end and cleared up after a day. But wow, I wish all plugin developers were as on point as Premio. The plugin is terrific and I use it on at least a two dozen client websites. Bravo.
