Fast and Reliable With Top Notch Support

Backing up and restoring/migrating any WordPress site is simply a given — if you’re not already doing it, you’ll learn the hard way when (not if) disaster strikes.

This alone makes Duplicator Pro an absolute necessity in my toolbox of active, lean and mean plugins. Sure, there are other backup plugins out there, and this plugin has some added features which may seem a little daunting at first to the WordPress novice. But Duplicator Pro stands above the rest in terms of functionality, speed and reliability in my opinion. Plus their knowledge base/FAQs are clear and thorough, and walk you through every step.

Next comes Duplicator’s plugin support: just recently I was having an issue with the auto-cPanel login function in the Pro version – which is a real time saver during the restore or migration process. Plugin developers Bob and Prashant at Snapcreek rolled up their sleeves, isolated my issue, tested and retested, and the problem was solved.

Though not big on giving reviews, I won’t hesitate to say Snapcreek’s Duplicator is a top-notch plugin, backed by top-notch support.
