I was impressed by how quickly my query was answered by F. F. was helpful and corrected the problem right away. I was experiencing a problem with a pop-up for a review for Wholesale Suite in the WordPress Dashboard that couldn’t be closed, thus disabling the whole site because the site needed the pop-up to be closed. It turned out it was a compatibility issue with my theme. F. fixed the issue promptly and politely.
