    Had a problem with the plugin and showing YouTube videos in the custom tab, after some new update from wordpress. Make a support ticket, get answer back very fast, send more info and login to my site, and the programmers will take at look at the problem. few hours after I got answer back that they fix the problem with making a custom code on my installation. Problem fixed under total 24 hour.
