  • I was having an issue with the recent Plugmatter upgrade and Syed went up and above in customer service.

    Not only did I receive quick correspondence, but he upgraded the plugin for me and fixed an issue with my WordPress Core Update that kept me from making the update via the WordPress Dashboard myself.

    I’m thrilled with the plugin and the customer service.
