Farmers Market Membership

Looking for a plugin that would allow us to keep track of our membership and customers. Membership aka vendors would include custom fields (address, email, phone, what is sold, story, current or inactive,ect…) Customers would only be contact info for sending notices (this can be done with wordpress subscribers but looking for something more flexible). Also for Membership aka vendors the need to list vendors based on a category with a photo, contact info, story, and what they sell. IE a list of Produce vendors, list of craft vendors, list of food vendors, and so on. I have a seperate mysql database right now but looking to see if it can all be done in wordpress. If it can’t then I need to create php to display vendors info on a page from my current database. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. https://bonnersferryfarmersmarket.org.
