far too much database server traffic by the plugin!

    There are far too much queries to the database server just for displaying content from Tutor LMS.

    Around 70 queries just for displaying the courses (and in my test database I have only 2 courses).

    Around 160 queries for displaying the details of one course!

    Around 500 queries (FIVE-HUNDRED!!!), if I am in the learning process and displaying a lesson!
