    Can’t recommend this. Looked promising, but after having created two forms and loaded them successfully on the front-end, one of the forms simply stopped working in the back-end (as well as front-end). For no reason at all, I didn’t change or touch a thing.

    Also, it adds a bunch of bloat JS to the front-end. Datepicker is loaded even without using a date field, jquery UI bloat en mass etc. That’s simply not good enough in 2015 where page speed is everything.
