    Before you post a support thread in the forum, please read this.

    Please understand that developing a plugin and supporting it requires a lot of time, and this is being done for free.

    To allow me to best help all of you, and avoid rehashing issues that have already been solved, please take the following steps before posting a support thread:

    1. I’ve put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions that will answer 90% of the questions out there. Please read this first.
    2. If you still are having problems after reading that, please work through the Troubleshooting Guide.
    3. If you are still having the issue after that, then post a support thread, or go the the WP-SpamShield Support Form to contact me directly.

    Please know that I make a very serious effort to solve each and every support problem, because I know they may affect more than one person. Thank you.
