Faq's shortcode not working with WPML

  • Hello everybody,
    We have this problem:
    We have installed this plugin, created the faqs, and displayed them with the shortcode : “[faqs style=”toggle” filter=”faq-ita”]”.
    Then we have created another faqs category with the same number of faqs for the english version, and put the shortcode into the english page.
    The problem is that the translated page doesn’t work and just displays the shortcode statically: see the error in action

    Notes:
    We are running “WPML” latest version for managing translations.

    Anyone has an idea to solve it?
