FAQ’s not showing up on site

The FAQ’s stopped populating on our site, we have21 groups and all are coming up blank, a link as an example is this: https://chiclavie.com/helpie_faq_group/dermaplaning/
I have updated the plugin however this has not resolved the issue. Can someone please advise?
