FAQs disappearing after 3-4 seconds

    The chatbox on my website briefly displays my FAQ’s, but they disappear after 3-4 seconds and the standard “Thanks for messaging us” message appears.

    Hoping to get this resolved quickly, as I’ve just launched an online campaign, which is generating a lot of common questions which are taking a lot of time to respond to manually.

    Hi @timbermill,

    The issue here is that you’ve programmed your bot to send an initial message, on receipt of the “Get Started” event. This immediately cancels all the Frequently Asked Questions, as your bot is messaging the user before they get a chance to use them.

    To prevent this from happening, try disabling that initial message sent by your bot.
