* * * F.A.Q. WPGlobus does not work with my theme!!!! * * *

Dear users of WPGlobus!

We cannot stress this enough: if you are using a commercial theme/plugin, whether you paid for it our you got it from a friend, or found on a bus stop – we, the WPGlobus development team, are unable to help you, unless:

1. You give us the full archive of your website: all files and database, so we can install it locally and debug. Otherwise, we simply do not have your theme and/or plugins
2. You are ready to accept the fact that our fixes will be temporary until you process with your theme / plugin upgrade, which might flush all our code changes to the toilet
3. You are ready to be billed for the time we spend working on your site.

Alternative?

Please talk to the theme / plugin author. They should solve the problem. We sincerely believe that if they write their code according to the WordPress standards, then WPGlobus will translate all texts properly.

What if we are mistaken, and the problem is ours?

Then, of course, we will be more than happy to fix it. And, of course, for free! But again, because we do not have access to all commercial products, the first step should be done by their authors and not us.
