FAQ: Why aren't my translations showing up?

There are many possible reasons your translations aren’t showing up on your website, and this question has been asked equally as many times on this support forum.
If you have configured WordPress correctly then the most likely problem is that the theme or plugin you’re translating has not been prepared for translation in a way that Loco understands.
Are you the author?
If it’s your code and you know that it’s set up correctly, then please open a bug report on this forum and provide a download link to your source code.
Translating someone else’s theme?
I can tell you if there’s a compatibility problem with your theme if you post a source code download link in a separate thread. I cannot examine themes with price tags. If you paid for your theme, you should go straight to the author for support and send them to this page.
