Thank you for a great plugin.

I did have a problem of being locked out, so I looked in you FAQ page.

In your FAQ and Troubleshooting Guide in the Locked out of your site / Fatal error / WordPress crash section in Point 1 you say Connect to your server via FTP and download the PHP INI and/or .htaccess files located inside your WordPress root folder and then remove all reference to NinjaFirewall.

I looked at these two files and couldn’t find any reference to NinjaFirewall. However, fortunately, I remembered when I installed NinjaFirewall that the NinjaFirewall code was put into my user.ini file.

So I looked in my user.ini file and there was the code. I deleted it and my site once again worked!

A suggestion. Include the user.ini file in the list of files to check for NinjaFirewall code to be deleted if you are looked out.

    Hi,

Thanks, I will make some changes. ‘PHP INI’ refers to all INI files used by PHP, but that can be a bit confusing indeed.
