    Hi Micah,

    Are you using any kind of page builder or visual composer with your theme? If you create a new page on your site, and do not use any page builder (so just the default WordPress editor), and insert the shortcode as the only content, does it do the same thing?

    If you look at the source code of the two pages you sent, the structure is not the same, regardless of the FAQs being there or not. This perhaps indicates to me that they are indeed put together with some kind of page builder. And maybe it’s just boiling down to not including the shortcode in the right way for your builder.
