FAQ search is still showing despite make it hidden in the shortcode

    In my shortcode which I used in my product description, i disabled the search, however it’s still showing the search on the product page.

    Shortcode used:

    [helpie_faq show_title=”1″ title=”xxx” title_tag=”h3″ show_search=”0″ toggle=”1″ open_by_default=”none” faq_url_attribute=”1″ display_mode=”simple_accordion” sortby=”publish” order=”desc” limit=”-1″ exclude_from_search=”1″ categories=”all”]

    A bug?

    Sorry about that. Can you please try disabling the “Show FAQ Search” option in Helpie FAQ -> Settings -> Integrations -> WooCommerce -> Show FAQ Search.

    Please try disabling it and let me know if that hides the search. However, this has to be fixed on our end either. Thanks much for the catch.

    I have added this to our bug tracker and have also conveyed this to our dev team. I will make sure to let you know once there is a fix pushed up. Meanwhile, please use the work-around I mentioned until we resolve this.
