FAQ page template- able to maintain formatting?

I am using the FAQ page template for a few pages on our site so that the content is able to be embedded/clicked on the main page (see [ Redundant like redacted ])

However when the content is clicked on the “main” page, there is no formatting like there is on the page that holds the content (see [ Redundant like redacted ]) Is there a way to maintain formatting- specifically headers and paragraph separations? Lists are maintained but no headers or separation/formatting of text.

Also, is there a way to make the FAQ “section” on the main page collapse? Currently you can only click to open it, not collapse it.
