    Despite playing the Categories in a custom order as Premium user, they are appearing alphabetically. Anyone know how to fix this or is this a bug?

    “Sort Categories” does not have a custom order, only Name, Count and Slug. Custom Order only applies to the FAQs within each category displayed.

    Hello slatejn,

    Could you try to change your category slugs and add a number at the beginning, so like:
    1-category-slug
    2-another-category
    3-third-category

    And then sort your categories by slug. That should allow you to arrange the categories in the order you want.
