FAQ not expanding questions

A site I’m helping out with has installed this plugin, created a FAQ, and I put the shortcode into a page. It shows the link to the single question that has been entered so far, but the link does nothing on the page.

We’re using the Attitude theme from Theme Horse, if that has any bearing on this.
Any help on why the questions aren’t expanding/doing anything when clicked on?
