FAQ Displaying even if not enabled

  • I have disabled FAQ and yet it displays on both mobile and desktop.

    How to get rid of it?

    Hi @ozbutcher78,

    For the Frequently Asked Questions feature, you will need to disable this via your Page’s settings on FB.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I checked the business manager before and had this disabled.

    But as you suggested I went through the page settings and for some reason it was enabled there.

    Now I have disabled it again and the FAQ is hidden.

    Is there a way to disable that wide white chat window. It takes a lot of space and I would like to show content underneath it.

    Even if raising the chat icon further up, the white text box remains at the bottom of the page.

    Example

    I went to the settings of my page to disable the plugin, to disable it there I need to delete my domain, but it is not deleted “grayed out”, how to remove the plugin?

    Why don’t you disable it on your website? In the plugins section if you are using wordpress. that should be the end of it.

    Doesn’t help through the site even through removing the plugin
