FAQ displaying correctly but won’t toggle open

    I have FAQ displayed on my FAQ page and then groups displayed on 2 other pages on my site. They all were working, but now even though they display correctly, I can’t toggle them open. I’ve tried in a different browser and on my phone, but I can’t tell what the problem might be.

    I’m using the following short codes:

    FAQ page: [faqs style=”toggle”]
    Group of FAQ: [faqs style=”toggle” filter=”weight-neutral-faq”]
    2nd group of FAQ: [faqs style=”toggle” filter=”nutrition-counseling-faq”]

    Currently none of these lists are opening.

    I have checked the mentioned page, and the FAQs are working properly. Are you still having any problems on your end?

    Thanks for your reply. I did all of the troubleshooting I could and still couldn’t get the FAQ to display correctly, so I stopped using Quick and Easy FAQ and am now using a different FAQ plug in, that’s why it is working now.

    Hi @amyslabaugh,

    This FAQ plugin is supposed to be used with the RealHomes theme. It should also work fine with any other theme.

    I am sorry to know that you had to switch. Could you please let us know which theme are you using with it so I can test it on my side?

    Thank you. I was using Dara and am now using Attar. I can’t remember the timing exactly, but perhaps the FAQ stopped working when I switched from Dara to Attar.

    Hi @amyslabaugh,

    The theme Dara has not been updated since 2018, so we don’t recommend using an outdated theme, especially with FAQs.
