Hi, I’m using the Divi theme and, oddly enough, am only able to edit the pages if I deactivate FAQ-Concertina. Any help in resolving this would be appreciated.

    Hi there,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, Xmas hols and all that! ??

Could you provide a bit more information about the behaviour you’re experiencing. I tried it with a copy of the Divi theme and didn’t have any problems.

    regards
    Michael

Hi, No worries, I figured the holidays would get in the way. ??

So, what happens is that if I go to “edit page” the Divi modules are not available to me, and this only happens when FAQ Concertina is activated. So, as a work-around, I just deactivate it, update the page and reactivate it. That works, but is not ideal.

    Kind Regards,
    Carmen

    Hi Carmen

Regrettably I am unable to reproduce your problem. When I activate Divi as my theme I am able to edit pages and add modules using the Divi builder even with FAQ Concertina activated. I’m not sure I’m able to help you without more information about your setup.

Alternatively, Divi does include an Accordion module which you could use for your FAQs instead of my plugin.

    regards
    Michael
