I adopted your mods as recommended but found I had to make the following additional minor tweaks;

To align all input boxes in the centre;

Input fields alignment DIV:

Changed from – margin-left:auto; margin-right:auto;
to – text-align:center;

To allow the text to be left-aligned within the boxes – and importantly in the message body [textarea box]

Input text fields:
Input text field CAPTCHA:
Input textarea fields:
Input select fields:

All changed from – text-align:center;
to – text-align:left;

It could just be my installation but I am indebted to you for your patience and kind guidance – many thanks!

Hi nigelpt thank you for reporting back.

The settings in the URL I added above was just a guide so that users can adopt the center layout format. Of course they can then make changes to suite their needs just like you pointed out. Also it depends on their theme as well.

I might add some more information in the tutorial to also include the options you pointed out above.
