FAQ Category Permalinks Not Working

    I was looking through the support area for this plugin and I am concerned because there are a lot of requests that have not been answered.
    I will give it a shot though.

    I am using: Q and A FAQ and Knowledge Base for WordPress version 1.0.6.2

    The permalinks to the FAQ categories do not work.

    On individual FAQ pages, where it says: Posted in Category Name, Category Name

    The link gives a 404 error.

    I have reset my permalinks thinking that might resolve the issue. It does not.

    I also have breadcrumb links that link to the FAQs on each of those individual FAQ pages, they do not work either.

    So, https://myurl/faqs/category/wireless/
    will generate a 404 error.

    or

    https://myurl/faqs/
    generates a 404 error.

    Any help would be appreciated. These links should be working. The FAQ category names are correct. The url seems to be correct.

  • I’m having the same problem.

    I’ll blast this out over twitter, and see if anyone can help. Between my business partner and I, we have a few hundred thousand followers…maybe someone can help.
