FAQ Categories missing

I just checked the plugin package, but FAQ Categories menu item wasn’t missing on my test site. So the problem is not a global bug.

Could you please deactivate all plugins except FAQ WD, and see if the problem will remain?

If not, please try activating the plugins one by one and testing FAQ WD each time. You will find the conflicting plugin this way.

Ok thanks i will try that.

Strange thing is that i have told to one my friend who is also working in wordpress to install newest version of your plugin and he have that problem too. Categories are missing for him also.

We are both using your plugin for long time and never had this problem earlier, theme that we are using is Avada. And also, plugins we are using now are the same like earlier when there were no problems with categories so i’m not realy sure that there are some conflicting plugins, but i will disable them tomorrow and will tell you here if problem still persist

There might be a conflict with a specific version of Avada theme. I just tested with an older version of it, but FAQ WD categories were present.
