FAQ Builder with Abundance WooCommerce theme

Hi,
The FAQ Builder is causing shortcode issues when used with my theme. A bunch of error codes are generated when I insert shortcodes.
If I deactivate the FAQ Builder the problem goes away.
Do you know what can be happening?
