FAQ before Contact Form

Hi, we are trying to limit the number of basic support questions being sent from customers via our contact form – https://teeisland.co.uk.

We were wondering if anyone knows of a plugin with built in FAQ scripting or something which integrates both FAQ and support contact form.

If not do you think it would decrease the number of message sent via the contact form if we added an FAQs section above the contact form.

Any helpful insights welcomed! ??
