    Hi @laurachallengeco,

    There is currently a known issue where FAQ questions and answers don’t function properly in chat threads which have been deleted and restarted. However, this does not affect the vast majority of visitors who would be engaging with the Page for the first time (i.e. the FAQ responses will work fine).

    Although it is unlikely this will affect regular visitors to your website, nonetheless, the issue is being investigated and worked on, and we expect a fix soon.

    No, FAQ are not working properly for new threads either!

    In Business Manager I add FAQ in Chat Plugin – Start the Conversation and the changes don’t have any effect.

    Also in Business Manager, for some reason there’s another place where I can edit FAQ: in Automated Responses – Frequently Asked Questions. But the user doesn’t receive any response when they click the question in the chat.

    I’m losing my patience with Facebook’s trash tools.
