FAQ are completely different to what I’ve set

I’ve installed the plugin and linked it to my Robinson David business page, but when setting up messanger it says I have have 3 FAQ’s, which I’ve done.
But the messanger on the website is showing 4 totally random (yet somehow relatable to my business) FAQ’s.
Why isn’t it showing the FAQ’s that I have set in Facebook settings for the wesbite chat?
Completely confused.
