I recently had the need to use Envira’s tech support for an issue I was having with the free Envira plugin. I was a bit dubious about the kind of support I was going to receive given that I didn’t purchase the premium plugin, but I was pleasantly surprised!
Barbi from Envira not only responded to my support request within minutes of my submitting it, she was able to resolve my problem quickly. It turns out that it wasn’t a problem with the plugin at all, but rather user error on my part. Barbi corrected my error, provided me with some tips for setting up the galleries in the future, and did it all within a day of my support ticket being submitted. And, she did all of this for a non-paying customer!
I cannot recommend Envira gallery enough. Not only does it create flexible and beautiful galleries with relative ease, but it’s got a team of dedicated and competent professionals manning the backend in case you run into trouble.
