Fantastic Support – So quick and helpful

I’ve come to review as I have just had a most wonderful experience regarding the support from Jigoshop (namely Paul) today. Two seperate issues needed resolving on a Saturday evening… Yes! Saturday evening.

Within minutes of posting a request Paul was in touch and a matter of minutes later he had resolved the issues and had me back on track. These were separate issues and completely unrelated. I am totally happy I chose Jigoshop.

It would be a wonderful world if nothing ever went wrong but unfortunately things do. What you need when they do is support like I have experienced.
