Fantastic Support for a WP core bug!!!

A massive thanks to WPSSO support team. I suddenly started getting error messages and it was telling me WPSSO was causing the issue – oh NO – because I love the functionality of WPSSO, it’s so easy to use, makes it simple to understand what will show up where and I really didn’t want to find something else! So I raised a ticket… for the past 4 days the amazing support team have been working on a) helping me step through switching on debug (yeah I know – it’s been a while!) and b) working out what was causing the problem – turned out it wasn’t the plugin, nor my theme but something in WP itself.

Fabulous! All the way through I got dev updates (who knew you could do that!) and these enabled the team to work through the problem and get to the underlying cause. So many people could easily have said – it’s not our code at fault – go & figure it out yourself – but nope, this was obviously something that bugged them too (lol) and they worked through it until it was fixed!

I cannot tell you how much stress this has alleviated – thank you JS soooo much!
