Fantastic support for a great product, cheap too :)

I have been looking for a simple support ticket system that is both easy to use by my clients and easy for me to manage in the admin and to work on the support tickets. I purchased the full version which is very cheap, well worth it, in fact it’s worth more than the price being asked.

Over the weeks working with this plugin I have provided feedback and suggestions for improvements plus any issues I may have had. The support from them is fantastic with both feedback and support issues being actioned almost immediately. What else could you ask for ??

It was also very nice to see them using their own support plugin on their own web site, this gives credibility and shows that it is a well functioning plugin for support ticket needs.

Keep up the great work guys, thanks for a simple to use plugin.
