Fantastic Support

Yaycommerce have been amazing. I’ve been looking for a pricing plugin with a very specific functionality for a while. After researching and trying a number of plugins, I couldn’t find what I needed. Eventually I came across YayPricing, and dropped them a message to ask whether the plugin has this functionality. Instead of the usual “that’s not possible at the moment, but we’ll look in to maybe adding it at some point in the distant future”, YayPricing instead said “you can’t do that yet, but give us 24 hours”.

Less than 24 hours later, I was sent a new version of the plugin with this functionality included. I also had another couple of suggestions, and these were implemented incredibly quickly. On the one occasion I had a problem, they got back to me incredibly quickly to sort it out.

On top of this amazing support, the plugin is extremely easy to use and well laid out – unlike many developers who focus on making something functional, everything is laid out in a pleasant way, and it doesn’t hurt your head just to look at. Highly recommended!
