    Really? I tried to contact them via submitting the tickets to the support with the “Professional” membership but they didn’t reply to me at all?

    How did u manage to contact them? Can u please teach me?

    @ncyt53 sorry to hear about your trouble.

    We were in touch with the MyCred team through their Request Quote page on their website. We needed some changes made to their plugin and implemented into another, they were pretty responsive and gave us a time of 3 weeks while they work on it. I guess we shall see.

    When did you submit your ticket, if I may ask?

    They finally replied after 3 days. However, the replies aren’t really helpful and doesn’t really answer my question, @wpexpertssupportteam can you please take a look of the tickets #00003878, #00003879, #00003880 and assist me further? Thank you!
