Fantastic Service and Support

I started using BlogVault about a year ago to migrate some sites. The migration process worked great, just as the site says and simple. Just recently one of my sites was hacked. The BlogVault personnel saw my activity, that I was trying to restore without success. They contacted me and assisted in cleaning the site and within 24 hours my site was restored. Bottomline the BlogVault services work as advertised and they were proactive with providing me support. Thanks BlogVault.

I have found the tools on BlogVault to work as described and the their level of support to be very helpful. At first I did not want to spend any money to backup my sites but they are more then just a site backup. Lately I have been troubleshooting bugs between templates and pluggins. I have found the Staging Area easy to use which provides a comfort level that if a undoable mistake is made I can simply recreate a new staging site from a backup. Also having a staging area it makes it simple to give access to outside developers without any risk to the live site or compromise login credentials to the backend, database, or FTP access; since they are different from the live site. I will note that before I provide backend access I create a new user for the outside developer and delete a other users in the stage site. The money I spend with BlogVault is worth it. I highly recommend for all WordPress sites.
