Fantastic Product – Fantastic Support

The support team did a big favor for us. We had a horrible theme installed from a company that pulls sites from WayBackMachine which we wanted. The theme was non conventional is too many ways to name and did not have many of the features that a standard free theme would have. We were unable to change the theme without screwing up the entire site, plus there was no search icon or blog layout.

The Ivory Seach team implemented their search plugin with some custom code so the database could be searched.
