Fantastic plugin and top-notch support

I contacted the support team today for some assistance. As usual, the level of support was excellent. MailChimp for WordPress consistently provides timely and thorough assistance; the best of any provider I work with.

I’ve been using the premium version of MailChimp for WordPress for quite a while. I had an issue last night and contacted their support team. I received a prompt response. They quickly determined that the issue affected a small number of users, including me, and they immediately issued an update. I installed the update and it fixed my problem.

This team has the best support, by far, of any organization I deal with.

The support is fantastic as well. Danny responded to my questions in a timely fashion, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I can tell they love their product and want to make it the best. Customer happiness is at the top of their list.

Their developers are the best. Danny modified the plugin to meet my needs and taught me new PHP/Wordpress paradigms in the process.

Here’s what it does that I need.

• Generates a unique shortcode for each plugin. No pasting hunks of code.
• Automatically loads your list data from MailChimp, including fields and groups.
• Generates form fields for you that you can tweak. I easily converted a checkbox field into a hidden field for a simple form that subscribes users to a group.
• Settings for everything I need, including double opt-in, subscription updates, welcome emails, AJAX submissions, monitoring, custom messages, and more. You can set defaults for all of these that are inherited by the forms you create.
• Helpers for custom styles. And if those aren’t good enough, you can define your own CSS for each form. You can copy the styles from one form to another with one click.
