Fantastic plugin

Makes sites considerably faster. My one and only criticism (suggestion, really) for the plugin is that it offers a choice of a few defaults to get it up and running. So, rather than having to configure several pages of options individually, let the user click a button to automatically set up various options. Choices could be something like Safe, Recommended and Aggressive (or similar).
