    It missing some important features:

    • Ticket user linked to WP / Woo Commerce users
    • Assign Ticket
    • Multi language

    Multi language was actually supposed to be released 2 days ago but retracted due to a bug with the Ticket times.

    It will be re-released in about 48 hours.

    Ticket users linked to wp / woo commerce is still in the planning and so is assigned ticket but due to limited developers new features always takes a while to implement.

    any update on woo commerce integration?
