Fantastic Customer Support

  • I spent days trying to solve a Mailchimp API connection problem. I decided to try the official support channel.

    Once the support team had a look inside my site, they pointed out that it must be a web server setting problem, and suggested that I asked them. They even wrote the questions for me to ask, and offered to receive the answers directly from my web host.

    They were 100% correct, and their customer support is beyond my expectation! Responsive and friendly.
