Seemed great at first, but support is terrible and plugin is buggy

I used to like this plugin. It worked well and gave lots of features. I was on the cusp of buying the pro version.

Until it started getting lots of errors.

I sent the error logs to the developer, along with an e-mail detailing the issue. Their response? Completely disinterested. I have had the issue confirmed as coming from this plugin by my web host, logs confirm it, and I confirmed it manually, yet WP Vivid support just don’t care to try and help find a solution or fix it.

Their response was that other people have not had the problem, but no effort at all was made to help me with a possible fix.

Okay plugin, useless support.
