I am using easy fancybox in a post where I also want to protect the images to avoid easy right-click downloading or following visible links.
To protect the images, I use the plugin “WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click” which protects the right-click access to download images.

I have enough protection for my needs (print screen will always be available for the ones who really want through) as long as the image file hyperlink is not visible.
The problem is that in order to use Fancybox, I have to add the images with the link to the media file which shows the visibly the hyperlink to the image.

Is there a way to avoid showing the links or access to the links but still have the fancybox?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi, I’m afraid that’s not possible without hacking both the plugin and the light box script itself. Sorry.

By the way, it’s nut just with print screen that people may easily copy your images…
