Fancybox (lightbox) Not working

    I’ve set up a Fancybox (lightbox) but the light box is not working.

    When you click on the gallery, it shows the thumbnails. When I click on a thumbnail it just shows the image in a light box but with no controls to go to the next image.

    Any assistance you can give on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    I am using the theme Novomag. The Lightbox effect DOES work when I change the theme to the Twenty Fourteen theme.

    Any assistance you can give would be wonderful. Thank you.

    @kobireed – It appears your theme also offers a Lightbox effect, have you tried turning it off (if it’s an option) or turning off the NextGEN Gallery one under Gallery > Other Options > Lightbox Effects … set to no Lightbox.

    You may need to contact your theme author to help sort out the Lightbox issue otherwise.
