fancybox-iframe different % size for mobile and desktop

Hello, there. I would like to know if there’s a way to set different percentages widths and heights for iframe-content.

I would like to have desktop with 50% (width) and 90% (height), and something like 90%x90% on mobile.

Is that possible? Does the pro version do the trick? Is there any workaround?
