Fancybox and map problem

Hi, first of all your plugin it is realyy fantastic! I will buy this days some extension. But i have a problem.
On the page where i have [property_overview]there are 2 problem:

Uncaught TypeError: Object function (){a.open.apply(this,arguments)} has no method ‘init’ jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.pack.js:46

And I do see the div tag for the map in the source code, but it doesn’t seem to be populated:
<div id=”property_map” class=”” style=”width:100%; height:450px”></div>
I just check Properties/Settings/Developer tab.
