Fancy Notifications and Proceed button not working

    I recently updated WordPress and WP E-Commerce and now have at least two problems.

    1. Fancy Purchase Notifications are no longer working. When I click Add to Cart the page simply refreshes and the cart updates. I have the notifications on so I’m not sure what happened or what to do?

    2. When I am going through the checkout process and click the Proceed button the page expands in width and nothing happens. I have no idea what is going on with this either?
