    Hi.

Thank you for the screenshots. It seems that the messages in your inbox are technical messages from the thrive tools.

The problem with thrive is, that they use prorietery methods to submit forms. But I would like to fix that.

You have to different errors in one:

    1. The messages from your screenshots are technical submissions, which I usually try to ignore for other form builders.
    2. Some messages are shown in the inbox whereas are shown in the spam folder: I believe that those shown in the spam folders, are sent when you are logged in as administrator and the others are put to the inbox when you are not logged in.

As I don’t have all these thrive products, it’s hard for me to test that. Can we have a short call on that? I.E. via skype?

    Cheers, Matthias

    Hi,

sure, we can have a Skype call! What about tomorrow on Friday? What time is best for you, in the morning (between 8-12h) or in the afternoon?

    Regards
    Frank

The bug is fixed with the latest release.

If comments with Thrive Apprentice are submitted or the user modifies a Thrive template, Thrive submits technical messages which shall neither be blocked nor be saved in the inbox.

Some of them are filtered now, whereas others cannot be filtered securely. Therefore with the last release I added an option to switch on/of the plugin for users that are logged in. For Thrive users I recommend to switch of the plugin for logged-in users. The disadvantage is, that testing the plugin is more time consuming, as the users need to logout if they want to test it.
